Lotteria "Grazie mille": attenti alle truffe!!
(Tratto da anti-phising.it) - DICEMBRE 2006 - Se in questi giorni ricevete un e-mail che vi informa che il vostro indirizzo di posta elettronica non è tra quelli che partecipano alla lotteria "Grazia Mille" organizzata dall’Italia e capace di farvi vincere 1 milione di dollari ed apparire in una trasmissione di Rai Uno: mi raccomando non abboccate è soltanto l’ennesima truffa.

Questo nuovo tentativo che si colloca nella categoria delle false lotteria, non è nient’altro che una variante della classica truffa Nigeriana, dove per poter ricevere il premio saremo costretti ad anticipare ingenti spese bancarie, per poi non incassare nulla. Tuttavia questa nuova e-mail presenta una inusuale particolarità.

Infatti il testo non comunica di aver vinto, ma soltanto di partecipare, previo invio di informazioni personali dando quindi vita ad un furto di identità digitale. Anche se alla fine, con molta probabilità vinceranno tutti. Ossia tutti i malcapitati caduti nella trappola dei truffatori.

Il vincitore verrà poi proclamato entro e non oltre il 15 dicembre, e dovrà recarsi a Milano, dove apparirà in un non meglio precisato programma su Rai Uno, che verrà registrato tra il 20 ed il 25 dicembre.
